Financial Group: Acoustic Privacy and Biophilic Design Projects.
The Challenge: Mitigating acoustic chaos and visual pollution in large executive open space environments. The goal was to integrate true biophilic design projects to guarantee privacy between workstations, reduce phone call reverberation (speech noise), and insert natural elements, while strictly respecting the severe fire safety standards of the banking sector.
The Solution: The strategic insertion of freestanding double-sided walls and dividers in real preserved Nordic Lichen. In addition to configuring the layout flexibly, this advanced application of biophilic design acts as a targeted acoustic shield and an anti-stress visual barrier for the team, completely eliminating maintenance costs and the risks associated with water systems.
Biophilic Design Projects: Inspectable Columns in the Lenovo Flagship.
The Challenge: Transform dozens of unsightly reinforced concrete load-bearing pillars, scattered over several floors, into attractive design elements for displaying tech products. All this while guaranteeing accessibility to the internal technical systems and respecting the brand's strict sustainability standards.
The Solution: An engineered Preserved Greenery cladding that fully fits among our most innovative biophilic design projects for retail. Thanks to CNC machined Forex panels, we created green trunks equipped with invisible "push-pull" doors. The columns have become the exhibition and eco-sustainable fulcrum of the store, with zero maintenance.
Pieri: Biophilic Design Projects with Custom Integrated Logo.
The Challenge: Enhance the architectural impact of the entrance hall — characterized by industrial lines and metal stairs — by inserting an element of strong visual impact. The client requested one of our most ambitious biophilic design projects to integrate the corporate brand with a lightning-fast installation, without hindering operations.
The Solution: A spectacular Preserved Greenery wall that vertically crosses all floors of the building, acting as the "backbone" of the structure. We created the custom-made, removable corporate logo, creating a highly representative atrium consistent with the best corporate biophilic design projects and improving the visual well-being of the team.
Domino Infissi: Preserved Greenery Walls and Biophilic Ecosystems.
The Challenge: Integrate nature into headquarters dominated by glass, solving the problems of acoustic reverberation in offices and reception areas. The constraint imposed by the client: the infrastructures had to be 100% natural, have zero running costs, and no maintenance needs.
The Solution: A multi-faceted architectural intervention. We placed the spectacular full-height preserved greenery wall in the stairwell alongside dozens of diffused installations, including indoor vertical gardens and sound-absorbing ceiling islands for the operational offices.
Expert: Biophilic Design for Emotional Retail.
The Challenge: Transforming the classic electronics store — typically cold, hyper-illuminated, and noisy — into a welcoming environment. The goal was to increase customer dwell time, mitigating noise pollution without adding maintenance costs or plumbing systems.
The Solution: The strategic insertion of Preserved Greenery walls in transit and checkout areas. The "Nature-Technology" contrast lowers visual stress, while the high density of the lichen absorbs background reverberation, creating a relaxed and premium shopping experience.
Biophilic Design Projects: The Impact on B2B Architecture
Our library of biophilic design projects demonstrates how the integration of nature into built spaces goes far beyond simple aesthetic decoration. Through the engineered use of preserved greenery, we solve crucial architectural challenges for the corporate, retail, and hospitality sectors, guaranteeing measurable and certified results for every client.
Every case study documents the tangible advantages of our biophilic design projects: from the drastic reduction of acoustic reverberation in open spaces, to the improvement of indoor air quality, up to the increase in dwell time in commercial spaces. The integration of architectural greenery responds to the rigorous scientific principles of biophilia, demonstrating how a visual connection with nature lowers cortisol levels and significantly improves the cognitive performance of work teams.
Choosing these high-density natural infrastructures means investing in the well-being of human resources, the safety of environments (thanks to fire certifications), and the enhancement of the entire real estate asset, all with zero operating (OPEX) and maintenance costs. From executive headquarters to flagship stores, our method guarantees fast, dry worksites in full compliance with the most modern ESG parameters.
