COOLING POWER IN ACTION Water evaporates through the leaves, extracting thermal energy from the air, drastically reducing the summer thermal load (Periodic Thermal Transmittance Y_IE).
It works on 3 simultaneous levels: the vegetation disperses high frequencies, the hydroponic substrate absorbs medium frequencies, and the rear air cavity blocks vibrations. Halving of urban street noise.
The Dry-Tech system eliminates loose organic substrates (muddy soil). The result? No facade washout and a reliable structural load (max 30-40 kg/sqm), which can even be installed on plasterboard without complex seismic recalculations.
